个人简介
男,教授。五年来, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, ACS Nano等国际一流刊物上,以第一作者和通信作者发表论文10篇,其中影响因子大于107篇。发表在Nature Communications上的论文,被Nature Physics副主编选为物理领域的研究亮点,以Highlight的形式在Nature Physics报道。第一次制备出高品质多层二维半导体原子晶体MoS2: 论文发表在Nano Letter上,引起学术界的高度关注,成为该刊物过去一年下载次数最多的论文之一(共20篇,本论文第十二位),目前论文被引用的次数为:430次。 第一次制备出高品质单层二维半导体原子晶体MoS2: 论文发表在Advanced Materials上,引起学术界的高度关注,成为该刊物过去一年下载次数最多的论文之一(共25篇,本论文第十一位),目前论文被引用的次数为:500次。提出基于二维原子晶体的金属半导体接触模型: 论文发表在Scientific Reports上,引起学术界高度关注,论文发表后一年的时间内,论文被引用的次数超过了120次。
