Catalytic/photo-catalytic reaction using metal nanoparticle; First-principles study of water cluster at metal surfaces.
Dr. Zijing Ding obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, Anhui in 2008. Then I attended the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2008 to 2014, completing my PhD in Condensed Matter Physics in 2014. My dissertation research focused on mechanism of water photo-splitting catalyzed by metal cluster on oxide surfaces based on first principles. Now, my study focuses on the graphene and MoS2 heterojunction system for gate circuit.
