Dr. Sun obtained Ph.D in 2012 in State Key Laboratory of Virology, College of Life Sciences, Wuhan University and then joined Dr. Cai Lintao group in Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2012 as a Assistant Researcher. now he is a postdoctor in College of Optoelectronic Engineering, Shenzhen University. He has been in the past few years has been mostly focused on the development of functional  nanomaterials including upconversion nanoparticles, Au nanoparticles, and other composite nanostructures, for applications in biomedical targeted imaging, drug delivery and novel cancer therapy, the study papers published in first area journals of JCR,such as Biomaterials, Cancer Letter, etc. And he has applied and authorized 5 national invention patents.
