Research areas/interests

(1) development and depth of field and high resolution dynamic imaging technology, and applied inside living cells are interested in three-dimensional dynamic tracing in order to reveal the physiological and pathological mechanism of intracellular molecular level;

(2) development of unmarked CARS imaging, molecular Vibrational Spectra for marking molecules inside the cell-free full-spectrum analysis, comprehensive access to vast amounts of information within the cell;

(3) design and build biological sensors with high sensitivity, which applies high-throughput detection of liquid biological samples.

Brief Biography

Male, PhD, currently President of the College of Shenzhen University, Director of the Guangdong provincial key laboratory of optoelectronic devices and systems.In 1992 graduated from XI ' an Jiaotong University's Department of electronic engineering, Bachelor's degree in engineering;In 1995 and 1999 respectively in Xian Institute of optics and fine mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences received his master's and doctoral degrees;From August 2001 to June 2003 engaged in postdoctoral research at Indiana University in the United States;Opto-electronic engineering College of Shenzhen University since returning in July 2003.Mainly engaged in Biophotonics, in particular, fluorescence lifetime imaging, nonlinear optical imaging and its application in biomedical research.And suggestions for the development of temporal and spectral resolution sampling (TSRSI) technology, as well as time and spectrally resolved multifocal multiphoton microscopy (STSR-MMM) technology, Super resolution fluorescence lifetime imaging techniques and the high temporal and spatial spectral resolution multifocal multiphoton microscopy (including SR-, FF-and F-MMM).These imaging techniques are used to study cell division cycle, cell micro-environmental measurements, cell-drug interactions and other areas, was published in Chemical Society Reviews, ACS Chem.Bio, JACS, Chem.Comm., OL, APL, JBO, magazines, research results of internationally renowned experts in the field by FLIM Paul French, Professor Klaus Suhling, review, and reference, Nature Methods and Nature Photonics journal references.In the study of Nonlinear Optical Imaging, using nonlinear effects of the interaction between light and biological tissues induced by PDT, is expected to set up PDT new way to treat cancer, the results are published in Nature Photonics,Preside over the auspices of national natural science Fund for outstanding Youth Fund, international cooperation projects of national natural science Fund, national key basic research development program (973 Program) project, Guangdong provincial Natural Science Foundation innovation 16 major scientific research projects such as team projects, participate in the National Natural Science Fund projects, such as 5, published more than 160 papers, which SCI included more than 90, EI 102 papers.Application and authorized the United States patent on 1, submit for national invention patents and 20, an authorized national invention patents and 17, 2 items of computer software copyright.By Shenzhen science and technology award for natural science award, the International Conference of the Institute of Ophthalmology and optometry "ARVO International Travel Grant" incentives to reward for scientific research, published in selected China's laser on the NanoScale magazine "2014 China Optics and important results."Held various domestic and international journal associate editor or managing editor, biomedical Photonics Committee of China Optical Society Chairman of the 2015 National Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, thousands of people and was named leader of the Fund for distinguished young talents.
