1. two-dimensional Atomic crystals by chemical vapor deposition (Graphene, MoS2, WSe2, BN, etc)

2. confocal spectroscopy, photoluminescence characterization of two-dimensional Atomic crystals, such as the physical and optical properties

3. based on two-dimensional material flexible Nano-optoelectronics

Brief Biography

Male professors.In five years, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, ACS Nano, a top international journals, author and communications published 10 papers, which impact factors greater than 10 7.Papers published in Nature Communications, associate editor selected by Nature Physics for physics research highlights in Nature Physics as a Highlight report.First prepare high quality multilayer two-dimensional semiconductor atoms Crystal MoS2: published on the Nano Letter, attracted academic attention, the publication became one of the most downloaded papers in the past year (a total of 20 articles, this paper, 12th), at present the number of citations: 430 times.Prepared for the first time high quality single layer Crystal MoS2 two-dimensional semiconductor atoms: on papers published in Advanced Materials, attracted academic attention, the publication became one of the most downloaded papers in the past year (a total of 25 articles, the 11th), at present the number of citations: 500 times.Based on the model of two-dimensional Atomic crystals of metal-semiconductor contacts: papers published on Scientific Reports, aroused a lot of attention, since the paper was published within a year, the paper cited more than 120 times.
